It would be cool if in the songs where the hi hat Needs to be hit while open and then closed on a specific point, so on the grid It would show the hi hat note and a Trail where when It ends you need to close the hi hat

YES!! I was thinking of this while I was mapping a song and in the song it's a closed hat and then opens up as the intensity increases... other than mapping a lower velocity for closed, there's no way of differentiating.
