Auto kick was added to the latest update under Options -> General. If people think there should be an auto-play for any arbitrary drum in the song, feel free to create a new suggestion so we can see who else would like that in the app.

I feel this should be generalized to being able to simply toggle auto-play for any piece of the kit. It wouldn't take anything away and you could focus on and practice some particular set of drums/cymbals while also hearing the rest of the song. Also helpful if you break a limb or just don't have one.
